Larkspur mix

These seeds are freshly gathered from the 2025 crop. They are a mix of all the colours we grew last year (see product image).

Sow directly in spring once frosts have past. Surface sow seeds very thinly into prepared soil which has been raked to a fine tilth. Water well and keep moist until germination, 14-21 days at 12-15°C. Thin to 15cm when large enough to handle. Can be started early indoors or under glass Jan-Mar and moved outside once danger of frost has passed. Can be sown under glass in May-July for flowering the following year. Germination is more successful in the dark so we cover our seed trays until they have germinated.

Prefers rich, light , well-drained soil with full sun. Does not tolerate a wet soil in winter.
